Taking 8 people at a time

I'll walk you
from zero to
your first client.

Twelve weeks. Four phases. Me on the other end of a call, and a room full of people doing exactly the same thing at exactly the same time as you.

The system is the same whatever you end up selling — positioning, profiles, outreach, delivery, getting paid. That is what I teach, and it does not change between video editing and web development.

Everything else on this site is free and always will be. This is the one thing I charge for.

↑ 2 minutes · you get the answer instantly · nothing sent until you choose

Why people don't make it

You don't need
more information.

There are 400 free videos on freelancing. I've made 32 of them myself, and I gave away every guide on this site for nothing. If information were the problem, you'd already be earning.

The actual reasons people stay stuck are boring and specific:

😶 Nobody checks on you
You start, you go quiet for a week, nobody notices, and it dies. There's no cost to stopping.
🎯 You pick four skills
Then you're mediocre at all of them and confused about which to sell. Twelve months gone.
📄 Your profile is invisible
You made a Fiverr gig in ten minutes, got nothing, and concluded Fiverr doesn't work.
🤐 You never actually pitch
This is the real one. Most people set everything up and then send almost nothing, because sending is frightening.
🕳 Silence breaks you
Weeks 2 to 6 are silent for everybody. Alone, that feels like proof you're not good enough.
🫥 You're doing it alone
Nobody around you understands what you're attempting. I tried this alone and failed twice before it worked. Doing it alone was the hardest part, not the work.
Coaching isn't me giving you secret information. It's me removing the six things above, one at a time, while you do the work.

What's included

What you actually get

The 90-Day Freelance Launch

1-on-1 coaching, a community moving with you, and a dashboard that keeps you honest.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 call with me. Not a team member, not a recording. Me, on video, looking at your actual profile and your actual pitches.
  • A private community of people at your exact stage. This is the part I care most about. You post your wins and your silence, other people post theirs, and suddenly week four stops feeling like personal failure.
  • Your own progress dashboard on this site. Every task, every phase, your daily non-negotiables, your hours, your goals, your journey log. I can see it too — so if you go quiet, I know.
  • Profile reviews until they're right. Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn. I'll keep sending them back until I'd hire you from them.
  • My pitch scripts, and edits on yours. Send me the ones getting no replies and I'll tell you why.
  • WhatsApp access between calls. For the "a client just replied, what do I say" moments — which is when you need it, not seven days later.
  • Shareable milestone cards. Hit something, generate an image, post it. Your journey becomes your marketing.
  • Help with the skill itself, not just the selling. You won't be left to work the craft out alone — I'll show you how to get competent fast using AI, instead of losing a year to courses.
  • Everything free on this site, obviously. Guides, toolkit, templates, the Daily Board — you don't pay for those, nobody does.

💸 What it costs

Let's talkDiscussed on your free call — no surprise pricing

How it starts
  1. 01 You apply. Takes two minutes and tells you instantly if you qualify.
  2. 02 We do a free 30-minute call. No pitch. If I don't think I can help you, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
  3. 03 If we both want to, we start. You get your dashboard login the same day.
Start with the free call

I take 8 people at a time because I do the calls myself. When it's full, it's full — I'd rather you wait than get a worse version of this.

🤝 The community part

I built The 180 Circle because trying this alone is what made me fail twice. Coaching students get their own space inside it — everyone at the same stage, everyone posting their daily numbers.

Being straight with you: it's brand new and it isn't full yet. That's the trade — you won't walk into a busy room, but you will get my full attention and you'll help decide what this becomes.

Once it fills, you'll get more from the person three weeks ahead of you than from any video I could record. That's not modesty — it's just how this works.

02
The curriculum

Four phases.
In this order, always.

Nobody skips ahead. Every phase has a finish line you have to actually cross, and it all lives on your dashboard so neither of us can pretend.

◆ On AI, since everyone asks
I teach AI as a tool from day one — Claude and Google Docs for profiles, proposals and client comms. It makes a beginner competent much faster than I ever was. What it does not do is send your pitches, get on your calls, or build your reputation. Those are still yours.

Who this is for
— and who it isn't.

✓ This is for you if

  • You have intermediate education or above — FSc, FA, a degree, or studying for one
  • You have a laptop or computer you can use daily
  • Your internet handles a video call
  • You can give it 10+ real hours a week
  • You'll do boring work daily with no result for a month
  • You want someone who'll tell you the truth about your work
VS

✕ This is not for you if

  • You need money this month — go find any job, then come back
  • You only have a phone
  • Matric is your highest qualification (honestly explained below)
  • You want to buy a course and watch it at 2×
  • You're looking for guaranteed income
  • You want someone else to do the work
🎓 Why I ask for intermediate or above

People find this one harsh, so here's the real reason rather than a polite one. This programme moves fast and it runs on reading, writing and client communication — mostly in English. Below intermediate, students in my experience struggle badly with the written side, and I'd be taking money knowing they were set up to fail.

It is a judgement about this specific programme, not about you. If that's where you are: everything else on this site is free and always will be — start with the freelancing guide and the English guide, join the free Discord, and come back when it fits.

✓ The unusual part
I gave away 105 tools, 3 full guides, 10 templates and a free tracker before ever asking anyone for money. You can read every single thing I teach, for free, right now, and decide for yourself whether I know what I'm talking about. Most people selling coaching cannot say that.

I'm Waqas Malik, 24, from Kot Addu — a small city in Punjab. Not Lahore, not Karachi, not Dubai.

I failed at this twice before it worked. First attempt: no knowledge, gave up. Then I chased crypto and lost money. Second attempt: a few orders, then Fiverr disabled my account and everything vanished, because it was all on one platform.

The third attempt worked. Boring work, continuous hours, luxury cut — laptop open while my class fellows were out. I built it while finishing my degree, not instead of it, which is what most of you are trying to do.

I am not a millionaire and I won't pretend to be. I'm Top Rated on Upwork, working across Fiverr, LinkedIn and Upwork — video editing, design, web development, CRM setup, automation and bots, lead generation and cold calling.

Having had to sell seven different services on those platforms is exactly why I know the part that doesn't change: the system underneath is identical every time. And more usefully — I failed twice on the way, recently enough to remember which parts hurt.

⚠️ Where I'm being straight with you

I'm new to coaching. The people I've taught so far are people close to me — and they've done well. But I'm not going to dress that up as a wall of testimonials from strangers, because it isn't one yet.

Every other coaching page you'll see today has glowing quotes on it. Some are real. Many are not. Rather than invent any, I'd rather tell you exactly where I am and let you decide.

If you'd rather wait until I have results from people who paid me at arm's length — that's a completely reasonable decision and I won't chase you. If you'd rather be one of the first, that's what the free call is for.

Before

After

The small print, made big

What I don't promise.

Every coach has a page like this buried in tiny grey text. Mine's here, in the same size as everything else.

✕ I don't guarantee you'll earn
I have no idea what you'll earn, and neither does anyone who tells you otherwise. Your result depends on your skill, your effort, your market and plain luck. Anyone guaranteeing income is lying to you.
✕ I don't guarantee a timeline
Some people land a client in week five. Some take six months. Twelve weeks is the programme length, not a promise about your first payment.
✕ I don't hand you clients
I'm not an agency and I have no client list to pass around. I teach you to find your own, which is the only version that lasts.
✕ I can't do the work for you
If you don't send the pitches, nothing happens. I will chase you, and I will be honest with you, but I can't want it more than you do.
✕ I'm not a tax or legal adviser
For registration, tax and contracts, talk to a real professional. I'll point you at PSEB and FBR and that's the limit of it.
✓ What I do promise
I'll turn up to every call, tell you the truth about your work even when it's uncomfortable, and if I ever think you're wasting your money I'll say so first.
Questions

Before you ask.

How much does it cost?+

We discuss it on the free call, once I know your situation and whether I can genuinely help. I don't post a number here because I don't want people applying based on price rather than fit. There's no pressure on that call and no obligation.

Is the free stuff going to disappear behind a paywall now?+

No. The guides, the toolkit, the templates, the Daily Board and the Discord stay free. They were free before I coached anyone and they'll be free after. Coaching is a separate thing for people who want me personally involved.

Why can't I just use your free guides?+

You absolutely can, and some people will do brilliantly with just those. Coaching is for people who know they need someone checking on them, reviewing their actual work, and being there in the silent weeks. If you're honestly self-driven, save your money.

What if I already tried Fiverr and failed?+

Most applicants have. Usually the profile was thin, the niche was vague, and almost nothing was ever sent. All three are fixable and all three are what phases 2 and 3 exist for.

Do I need to already have a skill?+

No. Phase 1 is choosing one. But understand you'll be learning the skill and the business at once, which is harder — expect it to take longer than someone arriving with a skill already.

What language are the calls in?+

Whatever you're comfortable with — Urdu, English, or the usual mix. Client work will be in English, so we'll practise that, but I'm not going to make you struggle through a coaching call for no reason.

What happens after the 12 weeks?+

You keep your dashboard and your place in the community, free, indefinitely. I'm not going to lock you out of your own progress record.

I'm outside Pakistan. Can I join?+

Yes, if you meet the criteria and the timezone works. Most of my material is written with Pakistan in mind — especially the getting-paid parts — so be aware some of it won't map exactly to your country.

2 min

Find out in two minutes
whether this is for you.

The application tells you the answer on the page, immediately — before anything gets sent to me. If you don't qualify, you'll get a straight explanation and a pile of free material instead of silence.
