Let's build your board.
This is a real tracker, not a lead magnet. No email, no account, no server. Everything you type stays inside this browser on this device — I never see any of it.
What are you chasing right now?
Pick the one that's most true today. It sets your starting habits and your finish line. You can change everything later.
Pick 4–6 habits. Not twelve.
Everyone picks twelve on day one and quits on day four. Four habits you actually do beats twelve you admire. I've pre-ticked the ones I'd choose for you.
🎯 Today's Big 3
If only these three happen, today was a win.✅ Daily habits

Last 15 weeks — one square per day🪞 Weekly review
Sunday night, 10 minutes. This is the single highest-leverage habit on this page — the trackers are the data, this is the thinking.

🏁 Your finish line
Every time a client pays, a sub lands, or a day gets done — log it here. Watching this bar move is the whole point.

The 4-minute daily loop.
Trackers don't work because they're clever. They work because they force a daily point of contact with your own promises. Here's the loop I run — it takes four minutes total.
- Morning (90 seconds). Open the board. Write your Big 3 before you open any app that has a feed. If you can't name three, name one.
- During the day. Hit Start on the deep work timer. 50 minutes on, 10 off. Two blocks beats eight hours of "being at the laptop".
- As you go. Tick habits the moment you do them, not at 11pm from memory. Memory lies in your favour.
- Night (2 minutes). Tap a mood, write one honest line, log any money or subs you gained. Close the laptop.
- Sunday (10 minutes). Weekly review. Three questions. This is where the actual change happens.
Why 60% counts as a "done" day
Your overall streak counts any day where you completed 60% or more of your habits. That's deliberate. All-or-nothing tracking teaches you to quit the whole day after one miss. A 60% bar teaches you to salvage the day — which is the actual skill you're training.
What this doesn't do
There's no leaderboard, no notification, no streak-shaming push alert, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. If you want a human to hold you to it, that's what The 180 Circle is for — post your board screenshot there every Sunday. Public promises beat private ones every single time.
