The free tools store everything in your own browser and nowhere else — I cannot see them. Coaching students have an account, and I can see their progress, because that's the point of coaching. There is no advertising, no tracking, and nothing is ever sold to anyone.
The free Daily Board
Your habits, streaks, Big 3, notes, weekly reviews and goal — all of it stays in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. It is never sent to me, to a server, or to anyone else. I have no way of reading it.
Practical consequences you should know:
- It won't appear on your phone if you created it on a laptop.
- Clearing your browser data will erase it permanently. Use the Export button now and then.
- If someone else uses your device and browser, they can see it.
- Nobody, including me, can recover it for you if it's gone.
The coaching application
The application form runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are checked against my criteria on the page itself — nothing is transmitted anywhere while you fill it in.
When you press the button at the end, your answers are put into a WhatsApp message which you send, from your phone, to my number. If you close the page instead, nothing was ever sent and I never knew you were here.
Once you do send it, that message sits in my WhatsApp like any other message. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to it, not mine.
Student accounts
If you become a coaching student you get a dashboard account. This one does store data, and I can see it. That is deliberate — if you go quiet for two weeks, I want to know so I can check on you.
What's stored: your name, your email, which tasks you've completed, your daily habit ticks, your deep-work hours, pitch and earnings numbers you enter, your goals, and your journey log entries.
Where it's stored: a database run by Supabase, a third-party provider. It is protected so that students can only ever read their own row — one student physically cannot see another student's data.
Deleting it: message me and I'll delete your account and everything in it. No forms, no retention period, no "please tell us why". You can also export your own copy from the dashboard at any time.
Things this site loads from other companies
Being straight with you — a few things come from elsewhere, and those companies can see that your browser asked for them:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces. Google receives the request.
- YouTube thumbnails — the video pictures come from YouTube's servers.
- Supabase — only on the student dashboard, and only if you have an account.
- Links out to Fiverr, Upwork, Discord and so on are ordinary links. Once you click one, you're on their site under their rules.
What this site does not do
- No analytics. I don't know how many people visit, which pages they read, or where they came from.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, nothing.
- No email list. There is no newsletter signup anywhere on this site.
- No selling or sharing data. Not with anyone, at any price.
- No affiliate links. Every tool recommendation earns me nothing.
If I ever add analytics, this page changes first and the date at the top updates.
Children
This site is aimed at adults and older students. Coaching requires intermediate education or above, so realistically that means 17 and up. I don't knowingly collect anything from children.
